No appointment needed—just stop in whenever it’s convenient! We have a jeweler on site every day and a friendly, knowledgeable team ready to help you find (or create) something special. We work on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we’re always happy to assist, please know that Saturdays tend to be our most popular day—thank you for your patience if there’s a short wait!

Do you offer layaway or payment plans?

While on-street parking can be limited, there are plenty of convenient parking options throughout Portland—including nearby garages and lots—making it easy to visit us downtown.

Just picking up something? We do curbside pickup! Simply call the store to arrange payment if needed and then again when you have pulled onto Exchange Street. We'll bring your item right to your car!

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days to return items for exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash or charge refunds.

Do you buy gold or old jewelry?

Currently, we accept gold and jewelry for store credit only if it is something we wish to purchase.

Can you repair my watch or change the battery?

When ordering a wedding band, the average wait time is 6-8 weeks, although some may be completed sooner. To ensure your band is ready for your special day, we recommend visiting our store 8-10 weeks before your wedding.
